Who are we ?
Project + is a company specializing in the development and management of projects in the energy and environmental infrastructure sector in Belgium and abroad.
The company was born from Philippe Judong's desire to coordinate Projects and Consortiums for all types of B to B clients and with a portfolio of all possible technologies on the market except hydrogen.
We act as “External Project Managers” or Assistant Project Owners (AMO) and therefore manage all of the projects entrusted to us by our clients.
We are active in the energy sector (production, consumption, development, networks, etc.) and infrastructure in the broad sense (transformation of airports into energy hubs, development of brownfield sites and soil decontamination, etc.).

Portfolio
Budget, timing, quality…. Your project is much more than that!
We provide total and daily management of the project or consortium on behalf of our clients.
In the specific case of Innovation and R&D Projects we work on all TRLs; from basic research (TRL 1) to a product ready to be placed on the market (TRL 9).
We are active throughout the life of the project; from the first idea, the first drawing, the first diagram to the official inauguration or delivery of the Project!
A good lunch or a good coffee is better than a meeting,
A meeting is better than a phone call,
A phone call is better than a WhatsApp message,
A WhatsApp message is better than an email that ends with Kind regards,
An email that ends with cordially is better than forgetting a project deadline or a meeting!
We prefer to spend our days and weeks working in the field with maps, graphs, diagrams, proposals, plans and boots when necessary, in the fields, on construction sites or in research laboratories, rather than filling out Excel files or monitoring reports.
In order to preserve everyone's creativity, positive attitude and family, we have decided not to work on Friday afternoons.
