• Land negotiations with farmers who own the land

• Monitoring of administrative procedures for obtaining permits

• Meetings with local communities, municipalities and residents

• Monitoring of environmental impact assessment and socio-technical studies

• Negotiation of agreements with political, administrative and technical authorities

• Business and financial plans: €60 million CAPEX

• Network connection studies and agreements with the transmission system operator (TSO) and the distribution system operator (DSO) •

• First crowdfunding campaign launched for an onshore wind farm in Belgium

• Communication and public relations strategy aimed at increased local engagement / acceptance of projects

• Preparation of shareholder agreements, letters of intent, SPV (project company)

• Financial Close

• Negotiation with turbine manufacturers (Senvion, Enercon, Nordex, GE, Siemens – Gamesa)

• Local acceptance during the construction process

• Monitoring committees with the developer, the mayor and local residents
