Who are we ?
We act as “ external Project Managers ” or Project Owner Assistants (PAO) and therefore manage all of the projects entrusted to us by our clients.
We are active in the energy sector (production, consumption, development, networks, flexibilities, PPA, etc.) and infrastructure in the broad sense (development of airports into energy hubs, development of brownfield sites and soil decontamination, treatment of urban pollution and waste management, etc.).
What we do in concrete terms for our clients: drafting of authorization requests and permitting procedures, meetings and negotiations with the competent political and administrative authorities, lobbying and communication campaigns, monitoring of impact studies if necessary, contracting with asset suppliers, reporting to lessors (private or public) and project shareholders, negotiation of term sheets and shareholder agreements, creation of SPVs, etc.
We are the Project point of contact with all subcontractors, suppliers and external partners of the Project. We coordinate their work and then present it to the client.

Active for almost 15 years in the energy sector, Philippe has managed projects since the Scouts and decided to make it his profession, first as an employee then as a freelancer by creating Project +.
Philippe worked for 8 years as a "Wind Developer" in Wallonia for the companies Electrawinds and Eneco. At a very young age, he actively participated in the merger and acquisition between Electrawinds and Tecteo which led to the creation of the company Elicio.
He also briefly worked in politics as an energy advisor for a political group as well as in Tunisia as Country Development Manager and P&L manager of a team of 15 people responsible for developing solar and wind projects in the country and more precisely on the border between Tunisia, Libya and Algeria.
In addition to Project + , Philippe works at the TWEED Cluster.
A networker but above all a field man, Philippe has in-depth knowledge and a very broad network in the Belgian energy sector, both economic, technical and political, at all levels of power.
